FRIDAY SESSIONS

Timothy Wolfe serves as Director of the Colorado Tourism Office (CTO) working to build tourism economies while protecting what makes Colorado special.

He currently serves on the board of directors for the US Travel Association, National Council of State Tourism Directors, Western States Tourism Policy Council, Colorado Geographic Naming Advisory Board, Visit Denver Board and is a Commissioner for Colorado’s 250/150 for 2026. In addition to Chairing numerous destination and state marketing boards, Tim’s background includes managing 4-diamond hotels & resorts throughout Colorado, including the iconic Brown Palace Hotel & Spa.

Chris Romer serves as President & CEO of Vail Valley Partnership (VVP). Vail Valley Partnership is the regional chamber of commerce, destination sales organization, and economic development organization representing Eagle County, Colorado and was named “Chamber of the Year” by the Association of Chamber of Commerce Executives (ACCE). 

Romer has been recognized as an exceptional leader by multiple renowned Chamber institutions including “Chamber Executive of the Year” by the Colorado Chamber Executives. He also serves as chair of the Colorado Workforce Development Council and as a trustee for the US Chamber’s Institute for Organizational Management program among other industry boards.

Jonathan Wicks is the founder of the vacation rental servicing company Well & Good. He has led initiatives to elevate standards of property care and professional process industrywide.

Jonathan also serves as President of AZRT and the Right 2 Rent Collaborative. His “& mentality” proposes that vacation rentals can exist alongside thriving communities, and wins can be found for every stakeholder of vacation rentals- including those in field.

Julie Marks has been a short-term rental advocate since 2019. She is the founder and executive director of the Vermont Short-Term Rental Alliance (VTSTRA) and a co-founder of the Right to Rent Collaborative (R2RC). From 2022 to 2024, she served on the VRMA Government Affairs Committee. 

A Vermont property owner and rental operator, Julie builds partnerships among homeowners, property managers, tourism partners, policymakers, and local community leaders. Her work focuses on protecting property rights, advancing reasonable, evidence-based short-term rental regulation, and strengthening organizations that give short-term rental operators an effective voice in public policy.

Terri-Leigh Huleis is the founder of FoundHomeCo. and creator of Atmosphere Architecture, an experience-led approach to hospitality design that goes beyond beautiful interiors to shape how a stay feels, unfolds, and is remembered.

Working with vacation rentals and boutique hospitality properties nationwide, she combines design, guest psychology, and market strategy to create deeply memorable stays that transcend comparison—positioning properties in a class of their own rather than competing in a sea of sameness.

Jason Thomas is the CEO of Raincatcher, a national M&A advisory firm serving lower middle market business owners across a range of industries. With more than 20 years of experience spanning real estate, hospitality, and M&A, Jason advises business owners on strategic transactions, growth opportunities, and successful exits.

Jason leads Raincatcher’s Real Estate Services vertical, with a particular focus on the firm’s Vacation Rental Advisory practice. He works with vacation rental management companies, hospitality businesses, and real estate service providers on business sales, recapitalizations, acquisitions, and strategic growth initiatives. His experience as both an advisor and business owner gives him a practical understanding of the financial, operational, and personal considerations involved in a transaction.
