EAGLE COUNTY SHORT-TERM RENTAL REGULATIONS
Update as of October 2025: The Eagle County Board of Commissioners held a meeting on May 13th, 2025, and determined to not create an STR ordinance at the county level. Regulations will continue to be left to metro districts and HOAs to implement their own ordinances. For more information, visit the Eagle County website.
